Suffering from any thyroid condition is tough, really tough. For the most part, most people just do not understand what you are going through as it’s an “invisible” disease. “You are tired? Well, who is not tired these days?” is the frequent comment. “You can’t lose weight? Well, try another diet” would be another advice. People just don’t get it.   

I struggled with my thyroid from age 29 (I’m 40 today); I was first found to have hyperthyroid and later hypothyroid, caused by Hashimoto’s Disease. You can read my full story here. It took five years of exploration; of numerous conventional and alternative doctor visits, 32 books, endless internet research hours and miss-and-hit initiatives to finally put this program together.    


The Circle [group] program is for you, if you are:

  • Suffering from hypo- or hyper-thyroidism, Hashimoto’s or Graves’ Disease (auto-immune diseases)

The Circle Program

This group program is a 8-week Coaching Program which will give you these:
